"We have been using Lisa (Prestige) since last fall after having a not so great experience with another pet sitter in the area. What a pleasant surprise and a blessing to our family! We recently found out one of our dogs has terminal cancer and she has been truly wonderful with the feeding, medicating, and most importantly, TLC with that dog as well as our others. She is always so flexible and willing to work us in to the schedule even with last minute requests. "...It's about peace of mind and a level of comfort that I can't get any other way. Not to mention the readjustment/recovery period I used to go through with Rev and Jus when they came back from the kennel. They used to sleep the whole day after, which worried me and it sounded like Rev barked non-stop being in a loud, unsettled environment. Also, some of the employees (who were different every time we went) seemed to be afraid of Rev. It speaks volumes that my kids are clingy to you now and the barking at the door has stopped. That's the exact fact I want other people to know about your service versus other options. I am very happy with the feedback on the visits as it is super specific to each pet.....thanks again!"
